The food is great and the location as exoected, but getting the food was just so slow. There was only one person ahead of me and yet it took about 25 minutes to order and be served (both slow). I stopped going to my local Panera for this reason but assumed it was a location-specific issue. However, trying this Panera away from home, I had the same experience. It seems there were too few people scheduled, and also that the take-out service bogs things down.
Betty from catering went above and beyond to help me with my order! Doordash was being unresponsive and she helped me track it down. Then she followed up with me later to make sure everything arrived alright. Thank you, Betty!
We usually only visit when we have gift cards, as this wouldn’t be our first choice for dining. During this visit, one of us ordered the ‘You Pick 2,’ and the other had a regular meal from the menu. While we’ve tried a variety of items, including sandwiches, soups, and bread bowls, the food quality remains average at best and doesn’t justify the price.
