Rude employees, terrible food.
Love papa John’s. Just not this one
I ordered pizzas to be picked up at 5:30 pm. Something went wrong and they made the pizzas right away. All the guy kept saying was “it wasn’t my fault.” No offer on how to make it right or anything. He was rude and just kept saying “it wasn’t my fault”. I said in the survey that he was rude and kept saying “it wasn’t my fault” and he should learn some customer service. My daughter ordered a large pizza through door dash. When we got it it was so burned we couldn’t eat it. Called Papa John’s and complained. Turns out if you order from a third party delivery service papa John’s can send you a brick and there’s nothing you can do about it. Door dash didn’t even bother to call or text us back. We were out $25 w/ tip and threw out a whole pizza. It was wrong bc door dash didn’t burn the pizza, Papa John’s did. The manager was snarky...read full review
