We reserve party rooms at least4 times a year. Last Sunday we had about 40 people in the smaller room and the bigger party room was about 10 people. The room was really hot and the employee said they needed permission to turn the air down. My brother asked our server for a frosted mug. Her response was. If I can find one! The dude running the window at the Pizza Cottage food truck last evening during the Lancaster Fireworks was pretty rude to me for no reason. I asked him if I could order a pizza and he was like “no, because by the time I’d would be done the fireworks will be over” and then I asked him if I could buy a slice and he said “Yeah people have tried that already, you can’t order any pizza right now” like I was trying to do something sneaky. We typically have 2-3 parties here each year with no issues. When I booked the party I was told by the manager if we could do earlier that would be great as nothing was on the schedule and they had parties already booked in the afternoon. No problem at all. I asked if we could come in at 11 to set up and plan to have party start at 1130a and was told that was no problem.
