“My wife, daughter and I have been here a few times, and we’ve had consistently good experiences. It’s for this reason we wanted to post about Brandon. He is usually found working in the expo/counter positions and has been very kind, friendly and helpful each time we’ve had the privilege of encountering him.

As in every restaurant there will be issues a guest has that need to be addressed. In such instances Brandon has gone above and beyond to make these possible negatives into very positive experiences with Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. His attitude and approach to hospitality truly bring to mind the southern hospitality which Popeyes is synonymous with.“

“I stop by this location around 2 times a month. It’s the best fast food restaurant around the Worthington, Westerville, Polaris, Lewis Center area. The staff is always polite, friendly and they give you super fast service. They also say thank you and don’t act annoyed about serving you. Other fast food restaurants could learn a lot from the employees that work here. Also, KFC is still economical compared to other places. And I’ve never been disappointed with the food at this location. Just wanted to share my always great experience at this location.“

“Came from Vegas to celebrate my granddaughters 8th birthday and she wanted to go here for her birthday dinner was EXTREMELY saddened when told they don’t do anything special for birthdays and when my server told me “ we would have to be doing those all the time” it seemed so corporate. I come from the hospitality capital of the world and in my 67 years on the planet have never been so hurt that I couldn’t provide this simple public expression of celebration. The desert they provided did not even come with a candle…this is a policy that needs to change…love the food and environment and the staff just not o fan of corporate policies“

“I've if the few restaurants that hasn't doubled their prices in the last few years. Amazing efficiency. Great value. It is almost always packed though, so occasionally there's a wait, so keep that in mind if you go at a busy time. But they serve you so quickly that even if there's a wait, it isn't long.“

“A big shout out to Gloria at OX-B Newark location. It was my first time here and her customer service was outstanding. I tried the chili cheese dogs and they were delicious. I'll definitely be returning to try other menu items. Thx Gloria for being patient and helping a girl out who has a hard time making decisions.“
