Dining area was clean, no one at the counter when we arrived. Waited several minutes for someone to come to the counter. Breakfast menu wasn't visually available. Upon asking I was told night shift hadn't changed it. Chicken breakfast sandwich was cold and was not on a biscuit, but more like a roll. Seasoned potatoes weren't that warm. No ketchup in the lobby container. Employees were never visible the whole time we dined. Another person came in and someone yelled from the back there was a person at the counter. Not the nearest Wendy's. Very dissatisfied.

At 9:40 pm I went thru the drive thru and waited awhile. no one asked me what I wanted so I thought they were busy. I drove around to the window and saw to employees, one male, one female and neither one acknowledged me there or the van behind me which I was assuming was going to order at the window as well. They both walked back-and-forth literally in front of the drive-through window and acted like they didn’t see me. This is not the first time I’ve had a horrible experience at this Wendy’s. There’s no lights that work on the outside including the large Wendy sign that is by the road. The one gentleman that was working had a long straggly beard that obviously should be covered while he’s working with food. I will definitely not be giving this Wendy’s any more of my business!!!!!

We arrived at restaurant after dark and no exterior lights were on. The food was ok as we got salads. The store is filthy. Floors, kitchen area( don’t notice the frosty machine and behind it. Try not to use restroom before you eat.

This is the worst place I've ever been. Its completely disgusting inside so I went to the drive thru and I could smell how disgusting it was through the window. The people was rude and then they didn't get all my food and when Ientioned it they wanted to yell and try to fight. Very unprofessional. I had my 3 kids in the car and just wanted their food. I stopped here on 10/10/2024 when I took the first bite of my sandwich I didnt think it tasted right and then a drink of my coke and it was nasty also little to say i spent the rest of the day and all night and about half the next day as sick as I have ever been don’t eat here it is nasty sad thing is I have stopped there several times in the past never again i thought I was going to have to go to the hospital NASTY Wish I could give it zero stars.

Do not eat here. Awful service, awful food. They don’t answer you at the speaker and don’t give you your entire order. Showed up at 9pm (close at 10pm) and no one answered the speaker, pulled up to the window and all the staff and a manager just starred at me. Put something else here with people that want to work

It was national cheeseburger day and they had an offer for a $.01 junior bacon cheeseburger with purchase. Got me a $1 Frosty and $.01 JBC....what a deal. I felt like it was the 90's again.

I came here Thursday at 9:03 drive through lights were off and when we pulled up we saw a worker outside asked him if they were closed, which they shouldn’t have been they close at 10 and he completely ignored us. Don’t go to this one they have terrible service and closed early with no signs. Don’t recommend.!
