went through the drive thru, handed me my daughters blizzard and when they turned it upside down it went down the side of my car. One of the guys working said "oh whoops" and didn't own up to what he did. Terrible customer service
Ordered 3 items. Paid for order at window. They tried to hand me the wrong order. Heard them talking about how someone had bumped the order. Finally found the order. Handed me 2 of the 3 items and told me I needed to pull forward to the white line to wait on an ice cream sandwich. THEY NEVER did bring it out. Pulled around, parked my car, put on a mask, and went inside. DOORS WERE UNLOCKED and walked in. Went directly to counter. Saw no sign that Dining Room was closed...read full review
