Ordered food through the drive through with 2 meals. Pulled up to the window and paid but was only handed one meal with 2 drinks. Pulled around and went inside to let them know and the manager said everything was handed over. We assured her only one meal was handed to us as we showed her the bag. She said she could make another meal but we would have to pay for it again. Long story short we walked out with a $12 coke and no food. Do better Arby’s!
we are fast and so delicious
went through the drive thru last evening around 7 took forever then we got up to pay, read back our order, it wasn't ours. After they figured out what one was our's we got our food to get home to missing a sandwich. Normally I would have checked it but seeing they re read our order to us it was right. (won't do that again). Had to drive all the way back and there it was sitting on the counter! we only ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 fries. That is very frustrating when you live 10...read full review
