Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The service was horrible!!!! We received a small portion of our food which was wrong and then waited for a long time until I had to chat with a manager. The manager was helpful but acted annoyed with us. So very unprofessional!! I definitely will not be back to that one!!

Went to have breakfast, we waited in line for 10 minutes nobody acknowledged us. I finally spoke up and the hostess Shanna completely ignored me and talked right over me to an employee about her blood sugar being low. When I said something out loud. She was extremely rude and then when I got her name she was passive aggressive and all of a sudden nice. We left. She also looked sloppy and had food all over the front of her. The other guy who I guess was supposed to be helping stared at me the entire time with no help to offer.

Got seated right away and sat for over 10 minutes without anyone approaching the table or acknowledging us. Asked the hostess to send a waitress and still no one came. Won't be back!! There was a manager meeting at the table next to us and they didn't even notice wjat was going on. Very poor customer service.

Amazing crew here! We stayed overnight in our RV and went in at 9PM for dinner on a Friday night. Our server Carly B was so kind to my family. She went above and beyond with service. We also stayed after to talk to Shauna the GM and she went above and beyond to make my kids feel seen and heard. They chatted over video games, school, and our travels.

This whole crew is kind, they work hard, and their teamwork is phenomenal! I highly recommend stopping here for a meal.

It's alright staff is super nice but food is meh🤷‍♀️

Waitress was great. The overall feel was great. Unhappy with the food. Just super small portions compared to anywhere else and expensive. Tasted like freezer meals on a lazy night.
