I went only once, and that was for Thanksgiving dinner. I would describe the meal as fair cafeteria quality food. Certainly nothing to get excited about. Perhaps their food on normal days is better. One can only hope. On the upside, nice waitress and gift shop.

Everything about this visit was the best! The food was fast and hot and the taste was phenomenal! Our waitress was top notch and attentive. This was by far our best visit we've had!

We enjoyed the breakfast with family at this location, but will probably not be visiting another Cracker Barrel in the future. I was saddened to see that the chain has decided to alter their focus and menu more that they already have. The have dropped loved items off of their menu, from main dishes to sides over the last few years, and this has caused us to eat at this chain less than we used to but with the additional advertised changes in menu and personality, I see this option dropping waaaayyy down the list of preferrences.

The place I went to changed the logo on the menu. What's with that? I ordered Steak and eggs. The problem came with my steak because it was real tough and flavorless. Just really bland. I never complain about my experiences but this time it was just not like it use to be. The eggs and hashbrown casserole were great. I actually ordered a side of sausage to eat with my steak so I could get it down. Service was fine though!

we drove an hour and a half to meet family here.Everything was lovely with the exception that we experienced an issue with a gift card.Ww were told by our cashier that it had to be handled online so tried that after arriving back home with no success.Called back to the store and a lovely lady by the name of Shauna stepped up to help...it was a long story but she took care of it in the nicest way.Found out she is the GM,if every establishment had employees like her....the whole world would run much more smoothly.We WILL return.
