Screwed up several pokemon drops in a row. The staff did nothing about it, didn't even care.
canceled my membership due to this location.
Power went out and the manager and employees were NOT very accommodating

I'm just beyond words right now. The lack of management oozes out of the seems at this place. If you want to change your name to a number work at sams club 6375. I am just waiting till morning to talk with Sams Club Corporate HR to follow up on an unresolved safety concern. I've finally got their attention. They emailed me telling me to reach out to them at 10:45 pm on a Sunday. That's how serious they are taking me now.
