Today was my son’s birthday and he really loves Dunkins iced pink donuts I was able to get three dozen donuts through the drive-through in just a couple minutes at 7:15am which I’m sure can be a busy time as people head to work and it was the cheapest I could get around in Lima. All the workers were very sweet and pleasant.
I'm not even going to rate it because they have the worst customer service in this city. I waited for 30 minutes and nobody understood me. It's the worst.
The service was very quick and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The original blend hot coffee was great!
However their hash browns were not good and their sandwich was okay (they have croissants!)

With ample parking and a kid-friendly atmosphere, it's a great stop for families. The drive thru service is quick and the staff is always there for you, even on holidays. They make your coffee the way you like it and are known to give pup cups with whipped cream to dogs.
