The past two times we ordered from here, they messed up our sandwiches. I asked for a country club with no mayo, and they still put mayo on it, as well as only including lettuce and meat even though it comes with tomatoes and, onions etc. Would not recommend.

I stopped in as I was travelling and expected I could get a consistently good sandwich, I was very wrong. Walking in it was obvious the staff didn't want to be there. No one else was in the place but they made me wait to order while they goofed off with each other. The sandwich was made in an absolute mess. When I got back to the hotel to eat the bun was very very stale. Right to the trash!!! Not a premium sandwich shop

I have gotten jimmy johns for dinner 3 times a week for the last year since I moved back to Ohio.No more.This weekend they had a huge price increase that took my order from $15.50 up to $18.98So to gain a little over 3 dollars, they will be losing my business. Instead of being a regular meal item on my schedule they will become a maybe once a month item for me. Losing them $46.50 a month...This was a stupid move on this franchises part, they had such good business because they taste better than the subway and were comparable in price. They just priced themselves out of the market.

Just stopped in to order on a Wednesday night and it says open until 10 pm. I got here at 9 pm and the doors are locked with 3 workers inside closing the shop down with an entire hour left until close. Pathetic. Change your hours to the appropriate time or make sure the people running it stay open until they are supposed to. Lazy.

I ordered 2 standard sandwiches through the app at 11:45am on a Friday. After getting confirmation that the order was received at this store, I waited one hour before calling to check in. The person who answered said they were “slammed” and hadn’t made the sandwiches yet, plus their one delivery driver was “out with 5 other deliveries” but would be back to take my order out soon. They also said if I “didn’t feel like waiting” I could just come down to the store to get them myself (this is after already paying the delivery fee with a generous tip through the app). I said that wasn’t possible and I would continue to wait if they would in fact be delivered in a reasonable amount of time from then. Another full hour later, still no sandwiches and no communication from the store. Upon calling a 2nd time (a full 2 hours after the order was placed), the same person answered the phone and said they still hadn’t had a chance to make the sandwiches. When I asked for a voided order and refund, he said the delivery driver was already out with my order and there was nothing he could do to void it. The food never came, they refused to refund the order, and the customer service was abysmal.

I don't know what the food was like because we didn't get past the rude worker in the drive thru... who... "wasn't gonna be there all night" waiting on us... at 8:30 when they don't even close until 10.... she probably should have covered her microphone before talking bad about the customers ... oh well... I'll take my money elsewhere!

I am giving this 5 stars based off the employees handling of my complaint. They took well over an hour to deliver our 2 sandwich order. I am not satisfied with the time it took. Jimmy Johns advertises itself as being "freakishly fast," however, nothing was fast about this order. I called after 1 hour, the delivery driver actually answered. He apologized for the delay, he did not deflect, he assured we would get our order soon. He explained he is here going to college, and apologized again. He was genuine. Based off how he handled our inquiry/complaint we tipped him an additional 20 dollars. He was very happy, smiled, and apologized again in person. This was from the 715 N Cable Rd. Lima, OH location. His name is Derek. He did a great job handling the inquiry. He should be recognized for his customer service skills. You have a genuine employee with Derek. He was not rude or combative, customers like feeling that their concern was heard. Derek did just that. This review is based solely on Derek's handling of our complaint. I am disappointed in how long it took, however, I do not believe Derek is to blame.

Placed a deliver order just after 10am. By 11:15 the app still said "order received" so I called. They said they didn't have a driver and wouldn't have one until the evening. So they saw my delivery order, knew they didn't have a driver, and never called me to tell me that. Like really?

Least consistent JJs I’ve ever been too. I know Jimmy from my college days; he’d be less than thrilled with this location.
