I am a huge fan of Jimmy John's. There is only 1 problem. When you go through the drive-thru for some reason they like to fill the cup up with ice to the top. So when you get a large drink you get about 6oz of liquid for $2. It makes you want to either go inside, which defeats the purpose of the drive-thru, or go somewhere else. If this is company policy I would re-think it. Sandwiches are great, but you are out of drink about 1/3rd of the way through your sandwich and chips.
The staff and food are great all around. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
