“I don't come here often but everytime I have they are very friendly and always get my order just right.Parking: Since it's right off I-75 they have a nice big lot and the space next store is empty so never a problem parking any size vehicle.“
“Great service! Friendly and attentive workers. The food was wonderful. The fresh and warm sandwiches on a cold day were just what I needed. The fries were okay but I'm not a big person when it comes to potato peels left on. Beware the large fry is huge. Small was just right for me.“
“They take coupons! This subway is always busy, but they're fast. I've never seen that many employees behind the counter at a subway before. There's never any waiting time and they're generous with the toppings. One time their card reader froze and they gave me both subs for free even tho I offered to pay “
“I am giving this 5 stars based off the employees handling of my complaint. They took well over an hour to deliver our 2 sandwich order. I am not satisfied with the time it took. Jimmy Johns advertises itself as being "freakishly fast," however, nothing was fast about this order. I called after 1 hour, the delivery driver actually answered. He apologized for the delay, he did not deflect, he assured we would get our order soon. He explained he is here going to college, and apologized again. He was genuine. Based off how he handled our inquiry/complaint we tipped him an additional 20 dollars. He was very happy, smiled, and apologized again in person. This was from the 715 N Cable Rd. Lima, OH location. His name is Derek. He did a great job handling the inquiry. He should be recognized for his customer service skills. You have a genuine employee with Derek. He was not rude or combative, customers like feeling that their concern was heard. Derek did just that. This review is based solely on Derek's handling of our complaint. I am disappointed in how long it took, however, I do not believe Derek is to blame.“
“I came in with my 8 year today on 3/25/2022 at 7:41pm and the workers was very nice to my son as he was ordering his own food and was very Professional about there job the food was made with care and was not messy very inpressed with the way they handled themselves And the respect they give to their customers of all ages“
“Out of all the subways in my area, this one is my favorite to go to. The guy who is usually working behind the counter is a really nice guy. I've never had an issue with any order I've ever placed or ordered while inside. The food is good of course as it's what you expect from a Subway. It's usually pretty clean inside and has a nice little area for sitting and eating inside.“
“I was going to give this a one star review. Because of one awesome employee It's getting a 5 star. I came in there. Order a veggie Patty. Of course, with mostly veggies as toppens. The employee who was making my sandwich only put 2 small slices of cucumber on my 6in sandwich. Of course, I asked, is that all I get just 2 slices. She said. Yes, that's we put 2 slices on 6 in. 4 on foot long. I mean, I love Subway. I always go to Subway. This has never happened to me in other subway locations. As a trucker, I tried to eat healthy. And let's keep in mind that these truck stops are more expensive. Then normal fast food locations. I did go back the next day and order another sandwich. Was speaking to an employee about the situation. She made me a beautiful sandwich to my satisfaction. THANKS BETTY'S.“
“Ive been in a lot of Jimmy John's establishments, this particular outlet is one of the best I've ever been in service is superb, food was great and the premises is very clean you can tell it's well managed the employees are fantastic.“
