“I ordered Penn Station after work over the phone to quickly pick up before I had to pick my son up from daycare. I drove to the old Tiffin Ave location where I thought I would be pulling up to Penn’s Station and was so sad to see it was no longer there. So, I tried to call and explain that I did not have time to drive to the other location in time to pick my son up before the daycare closed but was unable to get through, as she was probably busy making the food I had ordered. I got home (since my sons daycare and our home is not in Findlay) and received a phone call from Alexis, ( I believe her name was?) a manager from Penn Station. I explained the situation to her and she was so extremely understanding, doing everything she could to keep the food warm for us, going as far as willing to give me a discount due to the inconvenience which was so generous as it was not her fault. I was so impressed with the way she handled the situation, she made sure someone was still able to eat the food so it did not go to waste and handled the situation with so much understanding, kindness, and professionalism!“

“For being the location that it was, it was very nice/clean. The 2 girls behind the counter chandra and her other person were super awesome. Even though they were super busy and the one lady was saying how she was super hectic from the time she got in because there was a leak. Smiles on faces, each order filled with care, quick, and efficient. They made an amazing team! Will go back!!!

“I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for the team at JJ’s in Findlay. I had ordered subs etc. to be delivered to my husbands work for his birthday lunch and requested they write “happy birthday” wherever on the bag they were delivering them in to make him smile. They went SO ABOVE AND BEYOND as to getting him a “happy birthday” balloon and bow along with the birthday message on the bag. The delivery location was a little tricky and the driver never got frustrated with me. She was incredibly kind and even sent me a photo of the delivered package balloon and all :) it was such an amazing experience and even though I live 40 minutes from that location I feel like I can’t go anywhere else. Could not recommend them enough. Thank you Destiny, Sydni, and Jenny for your outstanding customer service!!!!!“

“Recently remodeled store looks awesome. Employees were a little inattentive to customers but service wasn't too slow. The ranch recipe seems to have changed it tastes more like mayo now so I won't be getting it again. Overall not the worst or best subway around.“
