“I’m from out of town and I’m staying at a hotel nearby for work and when I say over the past month, I’ve been in this location maybe four times and the service is amazing. I walked in today and the entire team knew my name that felt so personal when I say they’re selling guest service over customer service they truly are. I wish this Penn station was being ran exactly how it is in my market, but kudos to the entire team.
Joe was amazing on the grill whipping it up. Had the sense of urgency and Jerry was selling nothing but customer service amazing hospitality.
The shift manager when I tell you was amazing amazing amazing amazing she coached her team and she got everyone out during this lunch, rush myself and maybe about 10 others in the building and they are moving. Kudos to them visit this location as soon as possible.“
“i don’t know who exactly made my sandwich today but it cheered me up after a long day at work that’s how good it was. everyone always seems really nice working there and the past two sandwiches i’ve gotten from this location this month have been just perfect :) i hope this consistency stays“

“Subway has the most friendly employees I have ever seen. when you walk in the door almost always they greet you with hello welcome to subways. And for the most part they are always happy go lucky I'm very friendly and it don't hurt anyting having a good sandwiches either. I have never had a bad sandwich yet from Subway. Great job Subway“

“Rob, Alexia, and Dylan (sorry if I spelled any of your names wrong), were life savers today. I needed a lunch order for a work meeting after a competing sandwich shop let us down, and these guys stepped up in a big way. They will be getting more of our business for sure!“
