“Two of my coworkers and I ordered Subway for lunch. Two of us ordered via mobile app and the other via desktop browser website. The mobile app orders were ready when promised, but the order placed via website was not. The store employees were very helpful, one named Tiffany even called a manager to see if the order was held up in the system. My coworker was charged for her order and the website showed the order as picked up, but according to the store employees as well as the management the order was never received at the store. Big thanks to the staff, you ladies were so helpful and polite.“

“My wife and I were staying at the Renaissance by Marriott Toledo for an event at the Huntington Center and the next morning, we walked down to this place for breakfast. My wife got the cinnamon swirl bagel with cream cheese and I got the Farmer's Eggel. Both bagels were made fresh and they were very good and very filling! We were there around 8am on a Friday morning and we were the only ones there. If you're staying at a nearby hotel, I would recommend this place for breakfast or lunch!“

I was in quite early this morning and a sweet girl Olivia was working, we chatted and she made me feel so welcomed. She made my flatbreads quickly and efficiently. “We reserved two rooms and only spent one night here to attend a wrestling tournament in Toledo the next morning, six miles away. We chose this hotel because it offered a hot tub for the adults along with an indoor pool for kids. When we checked in, we were told the hot tub was out of order. We attempted to use the pool, but because of the temperature in that area (the outside temp was in the single digits outside the one glass wall and door), it was too cold for us and our grandson.

Very disappointed we were not told the hot tub was out of order ahead of time.“
