“I eat at Jimmy John’s all over because I travel for work. I stopped at this one and wanted to use a gift card I received for Christmas. The machine would not accept the gift card. I went outside and called customer service (who answered almost right away.. a real live person!) the lady on the phone helped the associate through the process of accepting this gift card. I was a little worried at first I couldn’t get the money back off of this card, but it finally went through and the staff was very pleasant and patient although they were busy. They gave me the time needed to work this out without getting frustrated.I will continue to eat at Jimmy Johns, thanks for the great food and service ?Ps they through in a free cookie for the trouble.“

“My daughter and I ordered subs on line last night for dinner. They were ready when she picked them up.
They were the worst subs We had ever had. Hardly any meat on them and way too much vegetables. Also mine was swimming in mayo and there were so many onions on it I had to take over 1/2 of them off. Will never go back to Dussel again“

“Freak fast and freak good! They live up to the title! The phones don't work that well, but if you use the app, then you'll get your order in no time! Try the pumpkin cookies or the unwich which is the sub without the bread. The food here is amazing and I think they are just nailing it.

“The 3 girls working tonight around 7pm at the holland subway were awesome. When we walked in there was a line. Every single person before me were so rude to these girls. They kept their cool and still had smiles in their faces. When we left I made them aware of how awesome they were. I knew these girls were stressed out. They were so busy. I thanked the girls. “Definitely an above average place to get a quick bite to eat. I place the order from work and by the time I driver over it's ready. I have never had an issue with the accuracy of an order but I have had an issue with them being out of things a few time, although they have always made it right. If you need quick above average food this place is a thumbs up from me. Facility was clean and well maintained, parking lot is a bit of a mess the way it's set up.“

“It was the first drive thru for Subway on Buck Rd, that I have seen. It wasn't easy to touch screen my order. It had the basics but not all the old sauces they use to have, same with some of the toppings. It was still good but if you don't want some much toppings press (less). It was confusing about how much is reg amount of toppings were.“
