I ordered sandwiches a little after 7. We didn’t get our food until after 8. I called after waiting over 40 minutes to be told they were out of bread. Not freaky fast. Food was good though.

Girl who was on the line was clearly high on something, so much so that she didn’t put meat in my sandwich and then had the stereotypical stoner response of uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh when I asked for the meat to be put on the sandwich.

I am giving this 5 stars based off the employees handling of my complaint. They took well over an hour to deliver our 2 sandwich order. I am not satisfied with the time it took. Jimmy Johns advertises itself as being "freakishly fast," however, nothing was fast about this order. I called after 1 hour, the delivery driver actually answered. He apologized for the delay, he did not deflect, he assured we would get our order soon. He explained he is here going to college,...
