I went into Phoenix because I had recently been diagnosed with pre-diatetes. I needed to add more protein to my diet. I walked in and was greeted by Monique. She was welcoming and very knowledgeable. She was able to help me choose products that works for me. I've been going since February and have lost over 40lbs. Also my A1C is now a 5.1! Also my drinks are amazing. Do yourself a favor and stop in.

I love how energetic and kind the staff are. They do everything they can to give customers a positive experience. I've found a tea and a shake that I love. I'm hooked and can't wait to keep trying new flavors!!!!!!
