Bathroom was filthy. Employee in duty just standing around not taking care of the business. Didn't even ask for my Speedy Rewards card. Store needed some attention as far as cleanliness goes, but it wasn't going to happen with this employee.
Ordered food and was called to the counter and told that they are cleaning the grill and cannot make food, when I asked how long the wait would be I was told a half hour, when I said ok ill wait she rolled her eyes and said fine. Time is 9:45 in the morning.

I work right across the street and go here pretty much every day. Their cappuccino machine hardly is ever working; I'd say it's not working more often than it actually is working...so I can never get a warm drink in this freezing weather. I don't like straight coffee, so I prefer a hot French vanilla cappuccino, and when it is working, it's really good. But, you're more likely not gonna be able to get one.
