Went here last night and ordered a steak medium and it come out almost well done. They made a new one but it was exactly the same. Didn’t want to wait around for a third attempt so I left. To be fair they didn’t charge me. Since I was annoyed I left my Yeti cup there but didn’t realize it until after they were closed. The next day I called when they opened to ask if they had it and they told me they did so I drove back 15 minutes to pick it up. When I got there they couldn’t find it and told me the manager must have moved it. They took my number and one of the girls told me the manager would be in at noon. Didn’t get a call so went back 45 minutes later and another girl told me that manager wasn’t in until tomorrow. Not trying to leave a bad review because I come here a lot and this is the first time I’ve had a problem. Just annoyed.

The waiter RUDE every one around d us got there food before us and we were there at least 20 minutes before them , my order was wrong two times and my son came back wrong the waiter got mad when I ask to speak to a manager then they did not want to honor my birthday 🤦♀️ we shall not be back !

My steak was over cooked and didnt want to wait for another one. I asked for a price adjustment. The manager deducted the cost of my steak and walked away. So much for a night out with my son. Thanks for a terrible experience.

Got sat at a table for 8 people, there was only 2 of us. Put us on an island or something, 2 tables were sat after us and were greeted and had drinks. And still no one came to our table. After 10 minutes, come on now. Host staff stop setting tables where there is no service

Set a reservation time saying will be 1 1/2 hour wait time walk in at 2 hour mark to confirm only to be told it will be another 1 1/2 hour wait so we left we get back home and received a txt we can come in after a total of 3 hrs 15 min wait times needs to be addressed more efficiently also txt would be nice to get if times are pushed back also by this time we wasn't able to eat anything so had to throw something in microwave imagine that disappointment also parking is ridiculous having to jump curbs I could go on and on
We went Friday night around I believe 4. We had a 35 minute wait which is understandable and was also stated by the hostesses. No problem they were very busy. Once we got seated the bread was good the twisted mozzarella sticks were very good too. (The staff was great! I want to make that clear.) I ordered the 35$ T-bone steak at medium rare. It came rare on the porterhouse side and more than blue on the strip side. I should have sent it back but I was very hungry so I just took it home and cooked it myself. Everything except the steak was great.

Horrible experience. We were seated at a dirty table and when we asked for it to be cleaned they sprayed cleaner on the rolls they sent us. We asked for fresh rolls and the same rolls were returned. Waitress was snotty and service was bad. Manager was called and she argued with us that her girls were doing their jobs and we were in the wrong. I will never return. Food took over an hour and it wasn't that busy Very disappointed.

We've ate at multiple locations many times. Today was my husband's birthday and we decided to splurge and take our family out to eat. We do not live in Lima so it is a 30 minute drive for us to go there to eat which we don't mind doing because we love their food and usually never have a problem. I am not sure what happened tonight, but we were never waited on. We were sat very quickly, but no one came to ask our drink order. Multiple servers were walking around, some standing talking amongst each other, and looked at us. The waitress with tables right next to us also looked at us, but no one said a single word. We waited for 20 minutes and after the waitress with a table next to us checked on them for the second time and still nothing was said, we decided to leave. I am not sure why we were ignored or "forgotten." I used to wait tables, I understand it is not an easy job, that's why we waited 20 minutes. I always overtip, because I know the food service industry is not easy. No one even said "We will be with your shortly, sorry for the wait." We were blatantly ignored.

We wanted for 3 hrs and they still did not text and we came in and oh it's our fault. The front desk people suck.
We had an amazing server and the manager did her best to try to fix the problem of the front desk. We found out that the girl at the front desk canceled our place in line because we went outside. We have come to Texas Roadhouse and have never had any problems. We will be coming back and we are hoping to have a respectful, nice person up at the front.
