“Like anything else there are lots of choices but without a doubt there is only one Lisbon Dairy Queen. The other Dairy Queen’s and Ice Cream locations in the area are just a shell of this place… I for one hope it never changes!!! Gary and his crew do a wonderful job!!! When I was younger I walked there almost daily and that was over 40 years ago, I remember the owners parents working there and it seems like it was yesterday… Lots of great memories of the Lisbon DQ… Keep up the great work!!!!!“

“Place is always clean. Staff is super friendly and food is hot without a long wait! If I have to say anything negative it would be how rude customers treat the people who are working. I go to Lisbon McD just about every day on my lunch break so I see how people act. When did so many people become such entitled a$$holes? So rude. PS the workers have no control over price changes!!“

I had the deluxe chicken bowl and I only took one bite, it wasn't very good at all and smelled very off. “My family and I were at Leetonia Dairy Queen tonight and it was very busy. I am an empathetic person and I could sense a lot of tension and stress amongst the employees. After we ordered and received our food, we saw a female employee storm out of the kitchen and say “I’m done!” The only two employees left working were very young and customers continued to walk through the doors. The teenage employees were stunned and upset. A couple of minutes later, the male teenage employee sheepishly stood at the cash register and said, “Our manager just walked out and we’re both underage so we have to close. We’re really sorry.” A bunch of us felt very sorry for the kids and went up and gave them extra tips. The teenage boy said, “Is it okay if I cry in front of all of you people?” We all reassured him and the female teenage employee that this was not their fault and that these things happen. They both cried and hugged each other. The boy put a handwritten closed sign on the door and began the process of locking up. One of the customers still inside with us finishing eating went over and hugged him. My 7 and 5 year old kids were watching this whole situation unfold and I was very happy with how the teenagers handled themselves in such a stressful situation and with how all of the people (even ones who were turned away after just having walked in) treated one another with love, kindness, and compassion. Not a single person responded rudely or unkindly. Everyone showed empathy. Kudos to those two teenagers. Experiences like this will serve to make you even stronger and ready to face adversity.“

“Shout out to the morning crew today. Columbiana McDonalds was busier than I have ever seen it for breakfast on a Sunday. Orders were behind. Parking lot was full. The young blond girl behind the counter was kind, apologetic and showed compassion to stressed coworkers. I hope they had a better afternoon! Thank you, I will be back.“
