“M & M Family diner has the BEST breakfast in town. The owner and family treated us as if we were family. We tried different restaurants in the area. None can compare to the M & M Diner. The prices were more than reasonable. Great location in town. The owner closes early on the days that the Buckeyes play a game. WHAT A FAN !!!! As we were leaving we noticed all the home made pies. You cannot go wrong. Please try to visit the diner when you are in town.”

“Amazing food, different from all others in the area, with twists. Fresh, clean, inviting atmosphere, even if the metal chairs are a little uncomfortable. Love their aolis and everything else on the menu.”

“I've been just about everywhere in Logan, and the best steak in town is hands down @ The Max Bar and Grill . Each steak is cooked to perfection—so much so that adding steak sauce feels like a crime. Every Monday, you can find me playing trivia while waiting for my food and enjoying free pool all night.”

“I am a big fan of sweet drinks, especially Milk Teas. I went in today and noticed that there was a drink called "The Dude". I assumed this was a reference to the cinematic masterpiece "The Big Lebowski" so I ordered it. it is essentially an Arnold Palmer with honey popping bubbles added. It may have been the best AP I have ever drank. It was sweet and tart and the honey bubbles were a wonderful addition. This may be my new go to drink from this establishment.”

Place is very cute. We got pepperoni pizza and the cheese. Pepperoni was fantastic. Cheese was good but the pepperoni clinched it.
We did two flights (6 samples each). The wines were very underwhelming. Hints of potent vinegar in a few. We did enjoy two of them.
Server was polite and very attentive.

Major gripe is no wine descriptions on the menu. We had to google them one by one for a flavor profile. First time we have EVER encountered this.
Definitely need to adjust the menu to describe the wines you are trying to sell.”

“This was our second stay as a couple and we'll definitely return for a 3rd. Can't go wrong with the Hemlock Suite - In-room jacuzzi, fireplace, comfy bed, and everything is CLEAN. The room, the bathroom, the jacuzzi tub, the bed, all very clean. The birthday package was absolutely worth the up charge, if for the chocolate mousse cake alone. The cheese and crackers were plentiful, the balloons bright, and the Happy Birthday sign cheerful. Excellent touch with the hand-written birthday wishes sign as well. The shared kitchen contains dishes and whatnot should you want to plate a nice dinner.

Then you've got the Coffee Emporium steps from the lodging. AMAZING service, everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic, and if you stay 3+ nights at the inn, they include a breakfast sandwich each morning. Perfect sized tasty breakfast to ready you for the trails. Stays at the inn also include free standard coffee, hot or iced. The coffee drinks are unique, from hot to iced to frozen blended. A static menu of favorites with a rotating menu of seasonal specials. And they taste like coffee, GOOD coffee. Not just garbage brew hidden behind a ton of sugar.

The pastries and other treats are fresh and flavorful. Try the chocolate chip whoopie pie. Seriously.

Nice selection of gifts from shirts to mugs to magnets and keychains. Many styles that represent both the inn/cafe and Hocking Hills, as well as other less location-specific items.

The owner is dedicated to service and excellent with communication. She puts her all into both the inn and the coffee shop, and it shows. She ought to be incredibly proud of what she's built.

The location is perfect - Just a few minutes from US-33, and about 20 minutes to the majority of the main trails in Hocking Hills State Park.

Simply cannot say enough great things about Hocking Hills Inn & Coffee Emporium. We can't wait to visit again.”

“This is just the cutest kids bookstore and treasures that I’ve ever been in. The icecream was delicious and the decor so cute. Then what a nice surprise to go outside where there is putt putt and the most adorable goats and baby deer that you can buy cones for to feed. We didn’t have cones because we didn’t know you could do that and they all came running to the fence.”

“I don’t know if I would recommend the Lodge or not. I just arrived. I went into the room and the heat was off. I went to the desk and requested another room. She checked 4 other rooms. They were all off. I can’t have been the only one to check in. Hopefully they turn the heat on for others. I had planned on showering before our reservation at 6 for dinner. So I sat in lobby for 1 1/2 hour. Not a good start😢”

“Got several drinks including a dragon fruit refresher and it was delightful. Jetta was friendly and efficient in getting my drinks as soon as possible. I’ve read the previous reviews and I must disagree with the timing of getting what you’ve ordered. Specialty drinks take longer due to the specific ingredients rather than a traditional standard drink. It’s so nice to have this in Kroger while getting my groceries!”

“My family visited Monday for dinner. We were greeted seated away. Our server was very friendly and efficient. We order calamari for an appetizer, lasagna, pesto pasta with shrimp, and spaghetti and meatballs, all served with salad and crusty bread with butter. We all enjoyed our food and the portions were very generous. The prices were consistent with other restaurants in the area, however be aware an extra charge will be added for credit card transactions. This restaurant will be added to our rotations”

“Ended up here on a whim when the tourist trap places in town were overbooked...should have been the first choice. One of the best Chinese buffets I have been to in awhile; classic food options that tasted good. Service was on point by the waiter, host could have been a little more friendly. More expensive than expected for a dinner but worth it. Could use some music or background noise inside though.”
