We ordered takeout and my husband ordered Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp with extra mushrooms which was an additional 0.99 and he got a TOTAL of 5 mushrooms. Very disappointing.

It's halloween and they don't have employees.! A lot of tables are empty and we had to wait 2 hours to be seated is ridiculous and unnecessary knowing it could be full a day like this

I used to come here a lot but been gone for e couple of months and idk this place never sucked this bad I had the pub pretzel they were burnt but I ignored it then the food came out the 4 cheese Mac the cheese wasn’t melted ask for an old fashion and all I go was just bourbon with a cherry and ice in a glass and the bartender on the phone for personal use walking thru the restaurant wouldn’t come back into something is done about this crew and wouldn’t recommend for people that haven’t been to this location of Applebees

The food was amazing here i got the classic Buffalo wings with four cheese mac n cheese with applewood smoked bacon and i got the dirty berry blast mountain dew fountain drink all and all i would come here again also i recommend getting what i got, also we got served right away the waiters are nice all and all this place is so good

We went last night for my cousin's birthday dinner, got there about 5 o clock. There were about 8 of us, so we didn't expect fast service. However, when the surrounding tables wich were empty when we got there, had already eaten and paid, it dawned on us that it had been much to long. Finally at about 7 o clock, after complaining to 3 waitress' and asking for the manager, the manager shows up and apologizes. Half of our table got their food, and the other half waited another 30 minutes. By the time the second half of the food was brought, the rest of us were ready to move onto dessert. We didnt end up leaving until about 8:15. I cant say that I have ever waited that long to get my food. When the food DID arrive, it was cold and sub-par, no one ever came to ask how it was or if we needed anything. The manager was alright but you could tell she didn't want to come out and talk to people (do her job) even when requested it took her a while to come out. Let me also say, they were not busy at all for a Saturday night. If this is how they treat their customers, its a wonder theyre still in business. I will never be returning to this establishment. When someone asks for a drink refill, it shouldn't take an hour for you to remember. We ended up getting our meal comped (which honestly, was very much necessary because most of us were still hungry due to the small portion sizes.) The food was also extremely salty and slimy, my grandma is not picky at all and she refused to eat the Alfredo because it tasted and looked like it was dumped out of a can onto her plate.
First out food took forever to come. We ordered two steaks. Our appetizer came after our food. Our waitress was never around. The manager came to apologize. But that's all she did. We had to get the hostess to fill drinks.. are bill was $100. You think you could at least get some good service. The steaks were good when they arrived. We never got to eating our appetizer seeing as it came after the food. SMH.

Yesterday we came up for my partners birthday and well wasn't that good. I tried to order a frozen drink and was given the run around with excuse after excuse on why they cant make me a drink. First I was told I could get any drink frozen. Then she came back and told me they couldn't do it, I then ask for a smoothie with 2 shots of rum, server came back and said the bartender cant make that but she can do it separately, server comes back yet again and said she cant make it now. At this point im fed up and done and told her whatever its fine I'll just take a water. I ordered a steak, cooked blue rare. It comes out medium well. At this point my appetite is gone and I just want to leave. My partner asks for it to be remade, it gets remade, it comes out cooked correctly but now everyone else is done eating and all want to leave so I didn't even get to eat. I took it to go and just threw it out at home because im not even hungry. My partner and his mother didn't care for the chicken they got both ordered the same thing and said it was a bit dry but the fries were hot and fresh.
Just put a sour taste in my mouth as it was a birthday dinner and we choose to come to this one instead of the eylria location but wont made this mistake again. Server and manager were nice but just not the bullshit I wanted to deal with.

Jacob was truly amazing. So friendly, was attentive and very helpful with all our orders. The food was great, we were a party of 9 and the food was out in in a timely manner.
