Sat in this restaurant for almost 2 hours with no food, and hardly any service, with the server having 2 tables. Server comes over and says “are you still waiting for your food?” YOU TELL ME. Don’t come here hungry, you’ll be here forever.

I called in to place a to-go order. No greeting, no hello, no manners. They place you on hold without acknowledging you. They hang up without saying anything in response. Erianna H took my order. After I specifically said no meat there’s bacon on my impossible burger. First time eating pork in a decade. Way to go Crapplebees!

There was about five of us ladies that went there for Happy Hour. The service was the bare minimum. Our waitress did not clear one thing from our table. She did not refill water. She took 15 minutes to be me a Togo container. Another 15 minutes to take my bill up. Then we ordered food to go she took about 30 minutes to bring that out. The service was terrible. I ordered the mango strawberry smoothie. It was delicious. There is an alcoholic drink called kiss on the lips. They need to add that to their menu. Being that they the smoothie is only missing the rum.

You're like me some Applebee's but this one's kind of inconsistent sometimes the food is good sometimes the ribs are so dry you got to eat them in the rain. The hostesses are always and forever changing so it's pretty common to go in and not get silverware until you ask or crayons for your kids. So I like Applebee's but this one just needs a little work I'll still go though.

Having some good eats with the family last night. We love that they have exclusive Mountain Dew Dark Berry Bash flavor that one can only get when eating at Applebee’s. For quite some time those Wonton Tacos have been a favorite of mine. Most everyone else opts for a burger & fries to order when we stop by. I do love the mini bite of brownie & ice cream for only $1.99. Perfect when you want a small portion of dessert.
Vegetarian options: They have several options for the vegan in the family.
Parking: Parking located outside the building
Kid-friendliness: Kids have different choices as well…smaller portions too.

Surprisingly great customer service whenever I have visited here! I have been a regular customer here for many years and everyone has always been so nice and friendly. The only feedback I would give is to try and make a little more effort when it comes to customer wait times; still, I'm not going to leave less stars over that as I have worked customer service too and i know that it can sometimes be a challenging job. Otherwise, keep up the good work!

My waitress nane was Krissy Wilson I do believe & this lady was the best waiter I have came by in years she was such a vibe & patient because I am so picky I was taking my grandma out for dinner & my grandma loved her she’s so sweet the service was a 10/10 along with the food thank you Krissy I enjoyed ever minute .
