First out food took forever to come. We ordered two steaks. Our appetizer came after our food. Our waitress was never around. The manager came to apologize. But that's all she did. We had to get the hostess to fill drinks.. are bill was $100. You think you could at least get some good service. The steaks were good when they arrived. We never got to eating our appetizer seeing as it came after the food. SMH.

Yesterday we came up for my partners birthday and well wasn't that good. I tried to order a frozen drink and was given the run around with excuse after excuse on why they cant make me a drink. First I was told I could get any drink frozen. Then she came back and told me they couldn't do it, I then ask for a smoothie with 2 shots of rum, server came back and said the bartender cant make that but she can do it separately, server comes back yet again and said she cant make it now. At this point im fed up and done and told her whatever its fine I'll just take a water. I ordered a steak, cooked blue rare. It comes out medium well. At this point my appetite is gone and I just want to leave. My partner asks for it to be remade, it gets remade, it comes out cooked correctly but now everyone else is done eating and all want to leave so I didn't even get to eat. I took it to go and just threw it out at home because im not even hungry. My partner and his mother didn't care for the chicken they got both ordered the same thing and said it was a bit dry but the fries were hot and fresh.
Just put a sour taste in my mouth as it was a birthday dinner and we choose to come to this one instead of the eylria location but wont made this mistake again. Server and manager were nice but just not the bullshit I wanted to deal with.

I had an amazing experience at Applebee’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The menu has something for everyone, and the portions are generous for the price. Our server Jacob was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and perfect for both families and casual dining. I’ll definitely be coming back soon – highly recommend Applebee’s for a great meal and excellent service!

Ordered food yesterday for work today. Service was ok. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries for today. Unfortunately I won’t be able to eat until the get home. After microwaving the burger for 2 minutes the inside was still very pink. I lost my appetite at the sight of it. Once again money, wasted.

First, the server was good. The food is so obviously cheap. My riblets were dry and probably the worst I ever had in a restaurant. The cheese sticks were barely cooked. It tastes like bland reheated leftovers. Bleh.
Saturday evening restaurant was not busy at all, server was very prompt and attentive, although sad to say the food was awful, I ordered the full slab of “”fall off the bone ribs” Which they definetly were not had to sit then in between the bone pull the meat off and even bite off some of the bones!!! Just horrible, my son who was in from out of state ordered the bone in wings buffalo sauce didn’t finish them either as they were way over cooked and dry as can can be, by husband ordered wings also, his also dry, and as far as our appetizer he artichoke dip it was NOT creamy at all it was good just not very dips me with the chips, easier to add it with the spoon, but it was good tasting, I’m so disappointed in the quality of the food and the price we paid, I am glad our server was great, the manager I believe did come around and ask how it all was, I felt bill was already paid for what was the point of saying g anything. And to top it off the barroom stall lock was busted had to hold the door shut

Absolutely horrible. Waited over 20 min to get nothing but water. But I see tables that came in after me, getting their apps and main courses. Never in my life have I just walked out of an establishment before getting my food. All I had was a sampler platter and tenders. And I’m seeing bourbon chicken coming out before. The worst service I’ve ever had an at Applebees. Just solely based off this location, I’ll never eat at an Applebees again.
