I stopped by for a quick meal and now I'm hating myself for making that decision. I ordered a Whopper and it was swimming in condiments. It was absolutely disgusting. I'm debating pulling over and sticking my finger down my throat so I could throw up what I just ate. The nasty taste will not go away and it's been 20 minutes. Don't make the same mistake I did just drive by the place and go somewhere else.

Slowest fast food ever. So many people doing absolutely nothing so slow. I will personally never accept an or dash for this establishment ever again. I do not understand how it can take 22 minutes to do anything in fast food

This Burger King on Cooper Foster is terrible.. we went around 3:15pm and they still had their breakfast menu up.. I asked why it was still up and I don't think she understood.. I ordered a whopper meal with only mustard and ketchup and onion rings extra crispy and my husband got the same except his whopper had everything on it.. we went to sit down to wait for our number to be called and after seeing people come in and out I was concerned. my husband went to ask where our food was and they said someone must of taken it. they re-made our meals and our onion rings tasted old and mine were not well done.. the burgers were cold and the patties were smaller than the usual whopper burger. I had to ask for mustard and ketchup and she gave me honey mustard for nuggets. I asked the manager if she could put some in a little cup for me and she was truly irritated..I was done with all the mistakes I just left!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING ON COOPER FOSTER. they are slow and don't understand how to have customer service skills and respect for your customers

Horrible drive-through experience I was not given my fries. Even with the manager standing there seeing I didn’t get my fries.
When I returned I requested no salted fries, after having to turn around and come back. They told me to pull up and brought me out some heated salted fries. It shouldn’t have matter if I didn’t ask for them in the beginning as the drive thru cashier referred to me that I didn’t ask for them in the beginning . “But yet she didn’t give me any of my fries”🤯😡. If a customer asks for something they’re paying for they should receive it without question! Plus the rest of the food was horrible. They need to just shut down Burger King in my opinion, because there’s limited locations and all of them suck!! I don’t recommend going to this location between the hours of 830pm and 10pm

The worst customer service ever. Two managers there are unprofessional and rude. If you’re a manager you have to lead by example. I will be in contact with higher ups and will receive an apology from both of them

Surprisingly great location! General Manager seems to be simply missing in action, but Assistant manager who works in evenings is always friendly and dedicated. I can tell he is a good influence on employees. Again, I don't know where the general manager is; they are likely taking lots of time off which isn't good for employee or customer morale but everything else is great. I will continue to buy food here. Please promote assistant manager and remove general manager as again they are nowhere to be found and are likely a liability.
