This was my first time ever going to the Burger King because we do not live in that area of Ohio. Every employee that we interacted with, were attentive and polite. Excellent customer service! My husband and I are both in our late 50s. The individual who was working the first drive through window, gave us a crown. Some may think this sounds silly but we are old enough to remember when everyone got a crown when you went through the drive-thru at Burger King. We can remember how much our kids looked forward to it. My husband and I are both having chronic as well as terminal medical issues to deal with as a couple. Something as simple as that paper crown, put a genuine smile on our face. It made us laugh and drift back to a time in our life when things were much simpler. You can tell that the individuals that we dealt with really enjoy their jobs.
Sadly it was terrible, waited over ten minutes after we ordered and the whopper was ice cold and the chicken sandwich was luke warm. Live 4 minutes away and wasn't given a recite to call

I thought since I hadn't ordered from here in a while that I would give it a try. Again I was disappointed. The mayo was slopped on so thick the sandwiches wouldn't stay together. All the fixing fell out from between the bun. Yall need to chill with the over use of mayo. Fr. I wont be ordering again. I bought the 4 family meal box plus some shakes and some cheese burgers that only had meat and cheese on them as well.

Placed on order to pickup at the drive thru... They forgot one of our chicken sandwiches no sauce was given with the nuggets (we did select them in the order). Plus waited for 25 minutes... Tried calling the store it rings and rings the goes to what sounds like a fax machine. Very disappointing. Only Plus I can give is the churro fries we're yummy 😋
