Went through the drive-thru and ordered $30 worth of food and 2 outta the 3 sandwiches were made incorrectly, so when I noticed, I drove back thru and politely told them my order was wrong so they remade them and was given a sandwich swimming in sauce, absolutely inedible and highly unacceptable!! I work in the food industry and would never serve a customer what I was just given!!! Never will I go to the Lorain Charley’s again!!

Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings offers a variety of dishes, including the chicken California, which is a favorite among customers. The food is tasty, and the Phillys were fantastic. However, one customer did not get their order right, with no lids for the cups and no napkins, and could hear yelling from what they thought was the manager or supervisor.
