I was with my wife and we entered the establishment and ordered food and just for asking a question because they gave us the wrong order, a black person who, from what I understand, is the manager on the night shift began to threaten me and wanted me even give for just one question. He started saying countless rude things to me and my wife. He even kicked us out of the establishment for no reason. I asked him his name and he refused to identify himself. I think it is the worst customer service I have had in Ohio.

They messed up my boyfriends double quarter pounder and made it with the wrong patties so he took it back and asked them to make it with the quarter pounder patties since he paid extra for the quarter pounder patties.. they argued with him stating it was made correctly but it wasn’t then remade the with the right patties but smashed the burger. The attitude and the way this was dealt with was just disrespectful.

My teenage son just stopped up there after he got off work and whoever this lady was that was working the drive thru was rude!! He didn't see anyone at first window so they made him sit at 2nd window a.few minutes.then she comes to window with attitude because he didn't pay at first window!! The manager took my son's phone said he would just go pay it for him because he was using apple pay. She has the nerve to say no that that isn't right because it wasn't Burger King ?? just poor customer Service

My partner make a order online put to pickup inside and when he when to pickup there where nothing in the shelf and a lady screaming tell him to go thru the vent when he did they can't find the order even giving them the receipt he was there for about 40 min. He didn't speak english and the lady was really rude to him. A relly awful experience. At the end the food was cold the ice was melted all the time the food was just sitting there.

Waited 13 minutes at noon on a Sunday for Quarter pound meal…never got the meal at drive through. Went in for credit, the manager was to give me my money back; waited 3 1/2 more minutes. Never got the credit, never got the meal. Only excuse offered was how their order process works.

This location allows delivery drivers to skip the speaker and first window and cut off other customers between speaker and first window then waits on them all while my food was sitting for damn near 10 mins once I finally made it to second window I asked for fresh fries since mine had obviously been sitting there getting cold af and they gave me half cooked ones will no longer be spending my hard earned money at this location

Y'all PLEASEZ stop putting that poor man who has Down syndrome or something on window please cuz he cannot take orders or communicate y'all are setting him up for failure there's gonna be something else he can do there otherwise IM SORRY but he can work somewhere else. I understand it's a difficult situation but it doesn't work for anyone I have consistant issues when he's on window and it's not his fault he can't communicate normally. Do better thanks.
