Waited 13 minutes at noon on a Sunday for Quarter pound meal…never got the meal at drive through. Went in for credit, the manager was to give me my money back; waited 3 1/2 more minutes. Never got the credit, never got the meal. Only excuse offered was how their order process works.

McDonald's is a welcoming spot where customers can enjoy fresh and fantastic food. The staff is generally friendly, courteous, and makes customers feel at ease. Many reviews highlight the hot and delicious food, and the employees are often described as happy and productive. The drive-thru line is quick, and the drive-in register staff has received high praise for their exceptional service. However, some issues with orders have been reported, including missing ingredients like pickles and occasionally cold fries. Despite these concerns, the atmosphere is pleasant, making it a great spot for friends, families, or individuals to gather. The establishment is clean and has been noted for being family-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and equipped with Wi-Fi. Overall, McDonald's provides a pleasant dining experience with great food and friendly staff, and many recommend trying their breakfast.
