Horrible horrible customer service the worst I've ever been to There is a reason why your drive-thru is empty and McDonald's is bumping across the street . Cuz your employee named Don treat your customers like crap . Cusses at us . I am livid and something needs to be done about her. This is the second time the same employee had cussed me out at the drive-thru. First time same employee name Dawn freaked over a cup of water even after I purchase other things. Seemed like training was going on maybe that was why the atmosphere was the way it was. Also the intercom wasn't working so at the windows we asked for 2 ranch and 4 crispy onion specifically and got none and all lettuce and tomatoes with no bacon or crispy onion
Every time I come here they always forget part of order, tired of having to argue about what they forgot and the disrespect of employees and the manager spend too much money to be treated like crap and not get what you pay for time to find another place to go to tired of spending 30 to 40.00 on family to eat.
