If more people knew about this hidden gen in Lorain I doubt anyone would go to Starbucks again. Amazing frappes, good chai, an abundance of flavor options and some simple, yet delicious sandwiches.

So glad Lynn and Cindy are gone. Back when I used to go there it was always a 1 star review because Lynn and Cindy were badmouthing another employee, a bald man. This man was always very kind to me and generally would mitigate the hostility of Lynn and Cindy when I was there. I have stayed up late nights thanking God that Lynn and Cindy are gone now, as the food selection has VASTLY improved and there are more drinks to be had. So glad that Lynn and Cindy were voted off the island.

Dietary restrictions: As to do gluten-free and I announced that to the waitress right away Andrea was very very attentive I told her I wanted a very Wicked coffee cuz I hadn't had coffee in a while and I'm not really supposed to have it very much is she pulled through with a cinnamon roll creation that I enjoyed well after I left when I stuck it in the microwave we struck up a conversation and she was very friendly and kind. She even complimented my jewelry that I had made for my friends:-) I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone in the area very very accommodating
