The last 3 times I've ordered here something is always wrong with the pizzas. From the app missing items to the workers completely reading the ticket wrong and making a disgusting pizza in its place. Finally today somehow the order i placed and received a confirmation for was not even started until over a hour. I was offered a 2 liter as compensation which was a insult. I've had 2 issues brought the managers attention and they cannot even replace 1 of the pizzas. I was told they no longer offer refunds. Bad form pizza hut

Ordered thin crust pizza took an hour to get to me and pizza looked like left over pizza dry ,chewy,and cold. Had to force my self to eat cuase I was hungry and that was all the money I had left so I got the pizzas for me my 2 year old and girl all where not. Satisfied one bit with the food but again it was all we had and the experience was a sad one.

Absolutely the worst ever over 30 cold as if it had sat there for hours we honestly ate none tried to call in about it received automated message never got a live person . This particular location has been going downhill for years .
No one to wait on you. You have to go up and place your order and to have your drinks filled. I didn't leave a tip. No service.

I ordered a tavern pizza from lorain OH, Cooper Foster store for delivery 2 nights ago. I opened my pizza to find the cheese dried up, and the crust was very dry and hard to chew because it was overcooked. I received an email from Dorthe Thomas from Pizza Hut in an attempt to rectify the situation. They said thank you for my feedback, and they would share my bad experience with their teams. They didn't offer a replacement or discount. Absolutely nothing but a thank you. Thank you for what? Burning my pizza and not offering me a replacement? Gee Thanks. ?
