Spectrum Catering did a fabulous job when I needed food for a post funeral gathering. They set up the food very nicely and everything was delicious. Many people came up to me and told me how much they enjoyed the food. We had appetizers like the stuffed mushrooms and meatballs and a veggie tray and bruschetta. Everyone at Spectrum was very nice and helpful which made such a sad and emotional time easier for me. I would definitely recommend them.
Spectrum catered our wedding of about 65 guests this past weekend in Cleveland and did an excellent job (out of their Lorain location). We were going for a casual (self-serve food and drink) yet elegant setting, and they really came through for us!
