Waited 30 mins over our pick up time for our food, get home and realize they forgot something, called the store no answer, call again a few minutes later same thing, wait a few more minutes they took their phone off the hook..... I do not recommend this location.

been eating at this subway for 5 years now, and i can say with joy it's very nice. Although some trash from past customers are sometimes left around - that's not to say it isn't a great place for fresh tasty food. The staff are very kind as well and are very patient !!

I live in Sheffield Lake and drive passed the subway in Sheffield to go to the Lorain subway because they don’t short your sandwich meat and give excellent service

Wow! I haven’t been wow’d by subway in quite a while. I still enjoy a healthy fast food lunch so I’ve continued to eat here. We typically go to vermilion location but went to this location and was absolutely amazed at the friendliness, quality and cleanliness of this place. Would give 100 stars if I could. Vermilion needs to get a grip.
I ordered two footlong Subway Clubs through the app. Picked up through the drive-thru. Each had different toppings specified. Both subs were made exactly the same which is unfortunate because it means my son’s sandwich had tomatoes, onions and mayo, things he did did NOT want.
