This place is trash seriously they should just fire everyone and start new these employees are so bad at being nice it's like a chore to go to this wendys I suggest just going to the elyria location atleast you will get hot food that doesn't taste like garbage and nicer people.

At this point- I’m not sure how this location is still in business. overall the customer service, business operations, management, the downline..- everything should be reconsidered, evaluated and improved at this location . I waited in line for approximately 30minutes which was not an issue at first because It was very busy time period. However once I get up to the front desk to tell the employee my order , she said “I’m bout to stop taking orders for awhile so” and just looked at me and walked off to make mobile orders that just came in. Mind you there’s a hell of a line building up behind me but nevertheless, I wait patiently another 15 minutes. She comes back to take my order and I ask for a taco salad . And of course!! they did not have any taco salads 🙃
So again as a business why are we advertising things we don’t have ? This is not the first time I had this issue at this location. But it will be the last. Wasting people’s time, money and energy coming here just for below par service. Corporate/Management/ somebody needs to do better at equipping this establishment so that employees can do their job efficiently, and with quality. And maybe training on time management/ allotment and compartmentalization- if there’s a line of 15 people or more in store/ in front of you why are we actively making online orders for people who are not present at the moment?
Is it a limited staffing issue ? Maybe idk. There are so many concerns here

Sat in the drive thru line with only one other car didn’t get my order taken for ten minutes couldn’t hear the person felt rushed when ordering didn’t give me my total at speaker and just stuck hand out of the window didn’t speak I had to ask what my total was

The general manager is an absolutely ignorant unprofessional rude person! I feel so sorry for anyone that works under him he’s arrogant and airheaded, he’s rude to employees and customers and I will be contacting corporate.

This is literally the worst wendys in America. Somehow they have longer drive thru times than you'd wait for a table at Strip on a friday night. They somehow stay in business taking 1 order every 45mins at the speaker and then taking another 15mins to give you the order at the window. Go to mcdonalds or taco bell instead if you're at this corner. Ridiculous and genuinely baffled at how this location hasn't closed or gotten better in the 5 years ive lived out here.

The power was out at my house today. I decided too go to Wendys and get two Son of Baconators for $3 each .

I waited in the drive thru 20+ minutes and was very annoyed. They need two windows.

However, when I got home and later ate my 1st burger, it was made so perfect and really good! Fluffy fresh bread, perfectly cooked bacon, juicy patties, cheese melted just right! It was actually amazing and I just want to give a shout out to whoever was cooking at around 7 to 7:30 :pm tonight! You kick ass!

This is by the worst Wendy’s in Ohio. I live two minutes from this restaurant and we can’t even enjoy it. Everyone I mean everyone behind that counter is lazy with no sense of urgency . Everyone manager there is rude and looks like they suffer a drug addiction or dementia . No common sense what so ever . I mean this place is literally getting worse and worse every year . I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve seen employees walk out of this place just trying to place an order . I wish they would shut this down and put a Burger King or an Arby’s here !

The only reason I gave 1 star for atmosphere is because there's a LOT of construction going on so people are cutting through the parking lot. Just beware of people not paying attention when cutting through to avoid accidents.

Just silly. If I hadn't paid thru mobile app I would have left. 20+ minutes for drive thru order with only 1 car ahead. Nothing ready right in middle of breakfast hours. Sign says hiring for all shifts so maybe they are short handed. But just don't bother opening.
