Anymore better and cheaper than McDonald's. The only issue that I have with this East Side Wendy's is SOME of the employees aren't to bright or professional like. Other than some of the staff Wendy's is a nice establishment to have on the East Side. Management needs to do better in the hiring process though.

Had a problem when ordering and the manager told me he was upset as he had to do so many things at once so he was frustrated. You don't tell a customer your problems you just help and fix the issue. No excuses. He def seems like he needs retrained yet he is probably the GM. If so, I am sorry for the staff there. I didn't even get the correct sandwich and didn't realize until I got home. He was the 1 making the sandwich ...
