I am beyond frustrated with this Pharamacy I was there at 1:25 in line and the girl in front of me in line was called to checkout and at 1:28. A man shut the gate on me for lunch despite my daughter needing her medicine because we were leaving for going out of town. The lack of empathy from this pharmacy and care for their customers makes me sick. The rudeness I have received for the months I have used them. Don’t waste your time and hassle. They will even make you pay for perspective when you have full insurance cause “systems” are down. They need to up their standards.

Slowest checkout I’ve ever encountered. Takes 15-30 to leave after shopping. Then I see the girl texting when I get to the register. Groceries come to 85.67. I have the girl scan my “Giant Eagle” card as I bought several items that are only on sale with it. 85.67. I ask if it went because the total didn’t change. She looked at me as if she couldn’t care less. I just threw up my hands and said, “whatever” out of courtesy to the 10 people still waiting to go home. This is the last of several bad experiences I’ve had here.

EDIT: Recently this GE had an ordeal with Swiss Farms iced tea and I went into the store and talked to an associate and he explained what was going on and he told me it would definitely be in later that day. I called later and spoke to a manager and found out it wasn't in and all she seemed to care about was the associates name who told me what was going on. She took my phone number down and told me I would receive a phone call as soon as the tea came in, in a couple of days and they would be put aside for me. Well the day she said they were going to be in I never received the phone call and I went into the store that night to see if the tea was there and it was. So not only are these people horrible at customer service except for the meat and seafood dept, and James from Dairy. The two ladies and the one mid age male are so good at there job it makes it worth while coming there. Also James who stocks dairy is absolutely amazing he goes above and beyond for his customers. I really don't like this store but seeing the faces I said above makes it worth while coming there when I have to.

The Giant Eagle in Louisville is a fantastic grocery store! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and well-stocked. I love the variety of fresh produce and the delicious deli options. The bakery is also a highlight, with fresh bread and pastries every day. I highly recommend this Giant Eagle for your next grocery shopping trip!
