Scratch Steakhouse and Lounge is a great place with great food. It's a gem in the small community, offering delicious drinks, soups, appetizers, and entrees. The efficient and personable service adds to the dining experience. While the reservation system can be confusing and they don't serve bread, the steak is excellent. However, the experience can be a bit frustrating due to missing items, long wait times, and lack of updates from the server. The owner did try to make up for it by apologizing, comping a dessert and drink. Despite the ups and downs, Scratch Steakhouse and Lounge is definitely worth a visit for their tasty dishes.
