Katie was phenomenal as my server, I really appreciated her attentiveness. I'm visiting from Florida, and I'll tell you that's not something you see very often down there. The food was awesome, hot and fresh. I had the French onion soup, steak w/ Montreal seasoning, fries, Mac n cheese, and a slice of brown cow pie. All of the hot plates were perfectly cooked, although I felt the steak was a touch under medium for my liking. Mac n cheese was very gooey, but in a good way. Fries were your average fries. The pie was great, although I felt $7 for a slice of pie was a bit much. But, I will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again!

I've ordered a plain cheeseburger from this place twice and somehow, someway they managed to not get it right and covered it with tons of other ingredients that were not asked for. If you have any dietary restrictions and want them to adhere to them, do not order over the phone. They will ignore you.

It was their busy time very noisy but the service was still very good. Food good.

Bella is the best server I have ever had anywhere. I just found out she is maybe no longer going to work here anymore and my heart is unhappy. Sweet Bella, sweet girl. Grinders should pay her more so she stays.

I order out here all the time The staff are always friendly always have my order ready sometimes it's super busy but it's always a good atmosphere it'll refresh your attitude if you're down and out

Ordered food to go. Got home and my hamburger was raw, when I called she said she would take the hamburger off the bill..she did not. Thanks alot.

The Grinders in Louisville is amazing. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. I believe Angie is the manager, and she is always such a pleasure. It’s a wonderful experience to walk into a place where they know you by name and truly make you feel valued. They consistently do a fantastic job. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the food is always excellent.

Went there for lunch with two friends. My grilled chicken salad was tasteless, the chicken was unseasoned, dry and didn’t have much flavor. My friend had the raspberry salad And said it was pretty good. My other friend had the wedding soup, and said it was underwhelming. The bill for the three of us was $50 before tip, which I think is excessive, given the quality of the food. Service was decent as is the atmosphere, which is typical Grinders decor. I don’t think we’ll be back for a while, if at all
