Well, I used points to get a free big mac and then spent $7.00 on a large drink and fries. The staff was great and the atmosphere was also great but, those prices!

We placed our breakfast order @ 10:47am through the app. The manager in the store told me directly to my face that they had no control of that. This after a quick call was proven to be a lie straight to my face. This store just cancelled our order because they were early in preparing for the lunch menu. As someone that makes good money and travels i thought it was odd that this has only happened at this location. I’m not giving up. That manager if she even was one does not deserve the position she has. This location needs the owners to be involved because I’m not the first person this has happened to multiple times and the out right lies are no way to run a business!

Let me start off by saying I spend on average $50 week at this Louisville, Ohio McD's on food. Well no more!!!! I decided to run over for a bag of ice and what used to be $1 has gone up to $2.29!!! I am appalled!! These money hungry owners living in the lap of luxury while most of us just get by. No more!! No more rounding up for the McDonald House!!!!!! You should be ASHAMED!!!!!!!!!

Went thru the Dr thru at 1100 on Saturday ordered a Chrispy Deluxe sandwhich and spicey crispy sandwich. We had to pull up waited 15 minutes for our food- with that we expected fresh food- nope my chicken was cold but cooked and all the toppings were in the box and not on the sandwich. Tired of shitty service!

This restaurant can’t get an order right if their lives depended on it. Items are made incorrectly, even without having special instructions, and if you want it done a specific way, forget about it. Earlier this week we ordered a dinner box and a couple additional items. After a 10 minute wait and being given the box only, I asked if those items were in the box and was assured they were. I pulled ahead and decided to check and they were not. Pulled back around and was given attitude by the staff when explaining the situation, forced to wait another 10 minutes, and then had the bag shoved out the window at me and then closed abruptly. In the past I have tried contacting their corporate office by phone and email, didn’t receive a response for weeks and then never followed up after telling them the issues.

There has not been one time that I haven't had to repeat my code less than 3 times. Why have 2 lines when only one person is taking the orders? One always ends up having to repeat entire order!! Today I had to repeat my entire order 3x & it was still wrong. Then after paying & being told to pull up to wait was informed they're out of one item!!! This has just gotten ridiculous.

they gave me n my kids all of our food and my double quarter pounder and my sons single quarter pounder burgers were raw and whenever I said something the manager and another guy who helped bring out the drinks both seen it and apologized and said they will go back and make another one, then when they came back had the audacity to tell me that they went back there and double-checked and they were cooked all the way through but they made new ones anyways 😐 clearly they shouldn't be working with food or just lying to my face, probably both

This McDonald's is a joke. I get there arw ordering screen but, someone needs to pay attention to the counter. I wanted to get mac sauce on my mcdouble but couldn't because you cant do that on the screen. It took someone 8 minutes to actually see me standing there. After the food was ordered, which was only 4 meals, it took 25 minutes to get it. Fast food, absolutely not. They also forget a sandwhich and the sauces for the nuggets. This is one of the worst McDonald's ive been too. Is it clean, yes. Is there good customer service, freshly made food, no.
