I was 2nd in line to order at the drive thru and ordered a dinner box. It took 12 minutes to get our food because they "were waiting on fresh fries." We ate within 3 minutes of getting our food and they were hands down the worst mcdonalds fries I've ever had, they weren't even hot. Extremely disappointing considering they were just closed for months to rebuild the restaurant.

Shame fast food takes 20 minutes to make. Told me there would be a wait that’s fine. As I was waiting they tried giving me someone else’s food, 5 minutes later asked for my receipt back. 3 minutes later asked me to pull up to the third window. Another 5 minutes got my food except for a pie that’s in the oven. 4 more minutes asked me to pull around because they have to hold more people. So now I have cold food because they have it to me before the rest of the food was ready and still sitting here waiting. What a joke. If you can’t run the place don’t open it. Reminded me why I stopped eating here in the first place. Could’ve won me back but now I’m done with McDonald’s for good

Poor drive through remodel McDonald’s really needs to stop putting in 2 speaker drive throughs all it does it make things slower
