New McDonalds in Louisville, Ohio! Only downfall was service - regular customer came up to the counter to get a coffee refill and the female worker there advised him they were too busy for her to get his coffee refill, found that rude. Hard to get help at register also. Hope it stays clean and nice!
Employees act like it's killing them to help you. Restaurant is not clean, no ketchup, straws or napkins out. Cova Cola and Sprite were just water, no syrup.

This is one of the better McDonald's locations, their food is always hot and fresh and the staff friendly however they have the dual drive through which is a bit of a pain as it can't tell whose order is whose when it merges into one lane
