Why do you have one single kid working the 6PM dinner rush on a Saturday night? Get out of Louisville if you are going to abuse your employees like this. I am so tired of seeing franchises do this crap to people. Youre not just abusing the employee, youre abusing your customers. I'll never come back here again and I cant wait for the allotment to inevitably be sold off and replaced with a different business. You should've closed the store. I waited over an hour on my pizza. I will be spreading word around to everyone I know, just like we did with Little Caesars (they're gone now) that you are still staffing your restaurants as if we are in a pandemic.
We are as community town. Figure it out.

I thought I have seen just about everything life has to offer,but boy was I extremely mistaken,on Sunday afternoon I orderd some pizzas for my brother daughter who was coming home from a two year deployment overseas , so safe to say its was supposed to be a special day , but Jarone had other ideas, shouting and makeing a complete idiot out of his self saying he doesn’t support anything to do with the military or law in forcement he told is we better not eat the pizza because he made it and he violated it ( whatever that means so) so obviously we didn’t eat pizza , this kid a real piece of work I advise anyone who has contact with him to use extreme caution!!!!!!!!!

This used to be a typical decent Papa Johns, but the last time I have gone there it is gross! The food is not prepared properly, the orders show a lack of attention to detail and care, it is not cooked properly - it is just disgusting - like worse then Little Caesars (by a lot). Next time I will check out the one in Alliance to see if Papa Johns has completely fallen off as a chain or it is just this one in Louisville but right now - I am thinking it is local. I have never seen a bigger fall off in quality and taste in any restaurant, let alone a chain restaurant where there should be consistency - they need to shut the doors on this one.

I gave five stars because the product is always the same as any other Papa John's. HOWEVER, their customer service is above average. Few instances have resulted in incorrect orders. For my time they were prompt to give a discount or help in other ways with food. We all make mistakes, how you fix it, is what matters and they have proven to me they want to continue to earn my business.

Although a valiant effort, the cheeseburger pizza needs some help. I got some of the flavors, although I didn't get the cheeseburger taste. Sorry guys. You should go back to the drawing board on this one!!
Food is as good as any, but I'm more angry that I placed an order, and it got cancelled 20 minutes after I ordered. Don't really understand why they are "open late" when in reality, they must close at 9pm or something. I've had problems before with this location, but never this significant until now. Highly disappointed.

No care for customer service. If someone orders there food on the app with a promise time, where you know you won't be able to deliver on, please call them and inform them that it's going to be later. Don't allow your customer to get frustrated that there food is over 45 mins late from the promise time. Also when you have a frustrated customer don't just give them excuses. Apologize and try to understand why they are frustrated and how to help or make things better.....due to the experience we had tonight I will be rethinking where we order our every Friday pizza night food from.
