Every time I order from here, they screw something up. Tonight I called to ask why I got a square pizza, instead of a circular, medium pizza. The square pizza is MUCH smaller than a regular medium pizza. When I called, and told them my problem, they told me they can make a new one, however it would be the exact same as I got. We ordered at 8:30, when they close at 11. Apparently when we ordered they were "out of medium circular dough by the time I ordered" because "they only proof so much" No offer for any other pizza other than this. Didn't even cook it well done like I asked. If you like to not receive the right order, by all means, great place for that.

THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS! HORRIBLE SERVICE! First, they can't get the order right even if you say it REPEATEDLY, Secondly they charged me DOUBLE what I was told on the phone! I think I've given 2 bad reviews ever! I love coming on here a day telling everyone when I had a good experience somewhere. But this is PATHETIC! When I called to let them know.... they just wait there for me to be done. Not try to rectify or make anything better in the slightest.

I ordered a chicken bacon parmesan melt. Once had arrived on delivery it was nothing but a sloppy mess the quality of the food just looked careless ! And the driver just so happened to tell me that they were incredibly busy which leads me to believe that it was just thrown together and tossed out the door.

I ordered two pizzas one stuffed the other pan crust, the pan crust was the best one out of both of them the stuffed crust was an absolute disappointment/disaster it's so thin now that you can't even pick up a piece without it flopping over and dropping most of the cheese and stuff on top. I don't know what changed from years ago but pizza hut is getting more and more expensive and cutting costs on the customers I don't think I'll ever order another stuffed crust from you again even though it used to be my favorite.

Was giving part of my order and part of someone else's. I brought back the other person's food and was told it would be about 5 mins to remake my missing wings. I then waited roughly 30 mins before another employee asked what I was waiting for. There wasn't so much as an apology for my wasted time or now cold food. Ridiculous lack of customer service.

Don’t order delivery they partner with DoorDash not a big deal but my order took an extra 20 more minutes to get to me and I was told to have it at a certain time and it came way later then expected and my pizza was so thin and cold and my wings had no sauce I’m not pleased.
