I don’t know if it’s my luck or what, but they’ve screwed my food up more times than not and it’s getting exhausting at this point. Today I sent my boyfriend out to get breakfast sandwiches and after waiting 30 minutes, he asked the staff about the sandwiches, at which point they realized they hadn’t even started cooking them. I have an event planned for today and after multiple negative experiences with the food, this is kind of the last straw.

My experience here is always top tier! From the consistency in their food and beverage to their excellent customer service- I love this place! I have a studio down the street and the staff at uptown is always greeting me by name, makes small talk and wishes me a great day as I exit. Truly a wonderful place in the community!
