This is one place I don’t have to worry about when it comes to great service, well portioned and amazing tasting food, and an inviting atmosphere, Black Box Fix gives it all. This is one of the main spots I refer to any of my out of town friends because they just get it. The woman that helped me today was more than accommodating with my gift card issues (not connected to the restaurant) and pleasant to speak with! Will be returning soon!

This is one of the best sandwich shops on the east side of Cleveland. This was my second time going, and the food blew me away. We had two of the new menu items, the Broman Burger and the Butter Cheesesteak. Both were fantastic. While I was full, I was still thinking about the food after I was done. The fries are plenty to share, and were also great. Prices are competitive with quality gourmet sandwiches.
