Once again Corporate came in trying to justify their jobs and turned the store upside down. Their ridiculous goal, communicated to me by one of the managers, is to have every store look the same across the country. When I shop at Giant Eagle, almost all of the time, I only care about ease of shopping at my local store; easy in-easy out. I don't want someone handing me a map of the store to do my shopping. I was a really good, loyal customer who now shops at Heinin's. Sadly, customer satisfaction isn't important at Giant Eagle.

Don't expect cell service in the back by the refrigerated goods. Caught Nordstrom's wifi in front near the Starbucks.
Dont go on the weekends. It is so ridiculous. The older people decide they want to come out this day... even though they have all week.

The employees in "The Kitchens" area have no customer service skills whatsoever. You have to grab there attention to get any kind of friendly "Hello". Just awful.
