“Was there with 15 friends for a BD celebration on Saturday afternoon/evening May 30, 2026.

Atmosphere was nice & the food was delicious 😋

Our server Perry was courteous, efficient, patient & did an outstanding job accommodating all of us !!!

Also spoke with his very nice manager Aretha on June 2 about our great dining experience.

Will definitely be returning to this Applebee's in the future & hope both of them will be there!!“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

“If you’re looking for a place to have some good easy food & great drinks, Foxes is where to go! Charlie is a WONDERFUL bartender, had us cracking up & provided the best service. He was very attentive to all of the guests, & the cook in the back (so sorry I forgot his name) was quick & made great food! They seemed to work well as a team, which as a former bartender really shows me how positive the environment is! Definitely going to be my regular “going out” spot for sure :)“

“The service from Chenara the bar tender was great. Only one cook, so the kitchen was pretty slow for a taco Tuesday. Tacos were the mini tortillas and the ground beef was either cooked earlier then re- cooked or just burnt. Fish on the tacos were good but shrimp and fish tacos need some sort of sauce other than sour cream and salsa. If not for her bubbly service and always smiling the rating would be lower.“

“Our first visit and we were very impressed with the food quality and selections of Irish foods we never had before but absolutely loved - excellent service! The place is really big and has such a great atmosphere and we will be back for sure... one of our new favorites!“

“Went here for a birthday party—a private affair, if you will. Hulk Hogan had just died. Steve Miller and the J. Geils Band was blasting and the Yuenglings were flowing. The ten TV screens were showing a variety of horse races and the Tour de France (this was in LATE July, so you can’t really blame them). Parking was adequate. This was a pickleball and slide-on shoes crowd, and it was spectacular. Would return for the 60th birthday party if it’s held here.“

“We are new to Ohio and have tried different restaurants.Our waitress today was amazing.Her name is Jayla.She greeted us today with a smile.It never left her face.The food was also very good.The restaurant and bathroom were very clean.There is an Applebees closer to us but not as clean and lacks in customer service.We will return to Willowby.Keep serving your customers With care and great service.“
