Just left the restaurant, our Server Briana was nice but busy, in our area people who sat down after ate dinner before us . When our food did arrive my husband had 2 diffrent noodles , his fettucini noodles was stuck together and hard . he paid extra for chicken and only had 4 pieces . My Louisiana pasta chicken tasted like it was dried out siting under a lamp and my food was room temp no steam what so ever i needed a microwave so i finished it at home. After we paying our bill I did show the server the hard noodles stuck together she collected the plate . Because It wasnt about not wanting to pay, it was just horrible food for a 83 dollar bill i expected for us to be able to eat at the table .

Steak not worth the 38.00. Described as a Tbone. It had no bone and was paper thin. It taste good, but the product didn't match the price. Demetrius was our waiter. I hope I'm giving the correct name. He was great.

The waitress was very nice and attentive, service and food were good, but the way we were treated in the beginning by the manager was not. I called earlier in the day and asked to reserve for a big party and was told that they cannot do reservations for a party greater than 6 people, but that once we get there they can accommodate for larger parties, depending on how busy the restaurant is.I went ahead and made a reservation for 6 people. Our reservation was at 4pm - my dad and I got there at 3:30. We let the staff know that we will have more people joining us at 4pm, and the kind hostess called the manager to let her know. We were told we were not allowed to sit at the table until all party members were present. The manager told us we could leave until everyone arrived. After leaving and coming back around 4, the manager said they’ll only hold the table for five minutes, then we’d have to put our name back down and wait again for a new table to be ready. Even though our table was ready, we ended up having to sit and wait for 15-20 mins until everyone arrived. It was especially frustrating to see my dad, who is an older man and had just come back from a doctor’s appointment, being disrespected by the manager whose name I don’t know and waiting to sit at a table for almost an hour. I would truly understand if the restaurant was super busy and you were trying to serve and fill as many tables as possible, but there were empty tables everywhere. I would also understand if this is just restaurant policy, however that does not mean you have to be rude to your guests. It ruined our mood for what was supposed to be a special occasion. I thought by reserving a table, we would hopefully make the staff’s job a little easier by giving them ample time to set up, but I guess not. Next time I will not go through the trouble. I’m not typically one to write reviews, but yesterday’s experience warrants one.
