Was seated 2:00 and at 2:20 we left the restaurant after we had yet to receive any service. Was told our server Chad would be right over, place was not very busy and we were seated next to the bar. The entire the bartender was engaged in a conversation with a woman sitting at the bar and also never offered any assistance. Very disappointed,love to eat there but never again at this location.
We called ahead with a big group after a celebration of life and they were able to get us in immediately. We had a few more join and they easily accommodated us. Our server Melissa was absolutely amazing even with separate checks. The manager ( I didn't get his name) was super helpful and totally took care of our group. A huge thank you to all the staff who worked and made everything fantastic.
Nikki is always a fantastic bartender at the Macedonia Outback location! I go there pretty frequently, and I always get awesome service and really good food as well. I recommend trying it; I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
