“Visited this weekend and we were very happy with our server/bartender Hunter! He was on top of things, handled our substitutions easily, and pleasant to talk to. Food was pretty decent, the tortilla on the burrito was weirdly hard or overcooked on the edges which made it hard to cut. But overall a good experience and fun casual atmosphere!“

My food was delivered curbside promptly and the employee was very nice. It was also a great value for the amount of food I received especially compared to other options in the area.“

“My steak dinner was very good, not overly seasoned like some other restaurants. Server was just OK. I'm not a fan of the check out system. We are not fans of having to check yourself out on some devise, and to do a survey while out to dinner with others. Bathroom was not clean.“

You also are now charged for chips and the salsa. It’s over $50 for 2 people for lunch now. “We ordered dinner here. Doordash driver did not pick up the second bag of our order. Upon calling the store, they immediately sent someone to delivery the missed item, as well as including a small treat in the bag. The staff here always go the extra mile.“

I'm super annoying cuz I always have an edit to my food but they never make me feel guilty they always make sure I'm getting every penny worth. I've spoken to quite a few staff there and I'm not exaggerating when I say they've been amazing every time so kind so understanding and did not have to be when I'm bugging them when they're trying to work. I spoke one time to a Nicholas and he was so helpful and when I tell you he did exactly plus more then what I was asking for without me being there in person was just very refreshing and made me want to keep coming back. Vin and everyone at Blue Ash location go above and beyond for customer service. Have also used them to cater for work and have received multiple compliments. Highly recommend!“

It's not just the Taco Salad, which Taco Salad originated (yes, they did), but all the menu items have a stand-alone personality, a draw established by the original owner back in the fair-play hippie days. Always a fun spot, always a fair deal (not the skimpy factory food of Taco Bell and such neighborhood parasites, robbing local businesses of patronage). The Norwood location is the most laid-back Taco Casa. The new manager is tops, dedicated as they come. Grab a carry-out and hit the little park across Mtgmy road. Taco Casa is as much a Cincinnati tradition now as the chili spots. And a much better deal if you've ever seen Gold Star's "double decker," overpriced, sad, threadbare cafeteria fare. Yuk. Just finished a TC taco salad and I'll say it again: the much-imitated but never duplicated buttermilk dressing is a secret recipe I'd give anything to learn. If you know, you know :-) it's the best.“
