“Food was a good value for the money, portions were solid.
Service, however, felt pretty cold. There was no greeting and I honestly felt a bit ignored throughout the meal. It may have just been an off day, but it stood out—especially since nearby tables seemed to get more attention.
The chips were disappointing: clumped together and not fully cooked, not crispy at all.
Overall, the food was mid—slightly above Taco Bell in taste. I considered leaving early, but the chips had already been brought out.
That said, I still gave 5 stars because I think most people would be happy with it, and for the price point it delivers what many expect.“

“The service was great, very nice and quick to service us. Drinks were there in only a few minutes!.. Margaritas are the best! Manger came out and addressed us asking if all was good. Food was great and our waitress was amazing. She boxed our leftovers and bagged them for us.“

“Been going here for years, the food is great, the servers are very nice and attentive. On our recent visit, we were told they no longer offer coke products. You also are now charged for chips and the salsa. It’s over $50 for 2 people for lunch now. With the changing to a less than drink option and charging for every little thing, we will be finding a new favorite unfortunately..“

“My steak dinner was very good, not overly seasoned like some other restaurants. Server was just OK. I'm not a fan of the check out system. We are not fans of having to check yourself out on some devise, and to do a survey while out to dinner with others. Bathroom was not clean.“

“We ordered dinner here. Doordash driver did not pick up the second bag of our order. Upon calling the store, they immediately sent someone to delivery the missed item, as well as including a small treat in the bag. The staff here always go the extra mile.“

“I love this restaurant!! The food is outstanding. My family and I have NEVER had a bad meal there. The waiters are fantastic and we are always shocked at how fast our food arrives. This is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant in Cincinnati!“

“I used this location for catering a 40th surprise party. The communication, ordering, and delivery were flawless. They couldn’t have made it easier, literally food was delicious and they had everything ready to go!! I got SO MANY compliments on the food!! They were the most budget friendly option for feeding 50+ people too! Highly highly recommend!“

“I LOVE Bubbakoo’s!!! It’s one of my favorite places to eat!! The food is great, the environment is a whole vibe, and the employees do their job well with excellent customer service!!!! Bubbakoo’s has several different locations but I absolutely love the one in Blue Ash!“

“Once again I'd like to compliment this place for their consistency - like fifty years of it! It's not just the Taco Salad, which Taco Salad originated (yes, they did), but all the menu items have a stand-alone personality, a draw established by the original owner back in the fair-play hippie days. Always a fun spot, always a fair deal (not the skimpy factory food of Taco Bell and such neighborhood parasites, robbing local businesses of patronage). The Norwood location is the most laid-back Taco Casa. The new manager is tops, dedicated as they come. Grab a carry-out and hit the little park across Mtgmy road. Taco Casa is as much a Cincinnati tradition now as the chili spots. And a much better deal if you've ever seen Gold Star's "double decker," overpriced, sad, threadbare cafeteria fare. Yuk. Just finished a TC taco salad and I'll say it again: the much-imitated but never duplicated buttermilk dressing is a secret recipe I'd give anything to learn. If you know, you know :-) it's the best.“

“Visited this weekend and we were very happy with our server/bartender Hunter! He was on top of things, handled our substitutions easily, and pleasant to talk to. Food was pretty decent, the tortilla on the burrito was weirdly hard or overcooked on the edges which made it hard to cut. But overall a good experience and fun casual atmosphere!“
