Went to lunch, arrived was told it would be a 10-15min wait. Waited 20mins to be sat, server took our drink and appetizer order and was gone. We got our drinks, waited about 10 more minutes to order, then server asked about appetizer after we already ordered one. Not the best service, chicken sandwich was over cooked. I like this chili's. Not a great visit
