She smiled and was very professional. I tip my hat to her for having to deal with entitled people and not even flinch! We always try to get out to Loveland for brunch whenever possible. The staff is wonderfully knowledgeable, food is always delicious, and let us not forget the remarkable cocktails! They even have tasty ones for those who do not drink alcohol!
